Ben & Hope recently shot our wedding and they made it such a special experience for my wife and me. Leading up to the wedding, we weren’t totally sure what to expect. However, Ben & Hope worked with us to discuss locations, styles, logistics and make inspiration boards. Before the day of our wedding, we had a clear plan we could follow.
Their wealth of knowledge helped us be prepared for all aspects of the wedding shoot. Being a guy, it can be difficult to want to stand there all day and take photos, but Ben & Hope are some of the most down to earth people I’ve ever met and they made the whole experience really fun!!

Where do we start… it was love at first sight with Ben. We knew nothing else about our wedding at the time, we only knew that we wanted Ben to capture it for us. He brings a calming energy to the day that you need, he is patient and makes you feel comfortable (even when you’re being awkward and weird in front of the camera because you’ve never done it before haha, just trust his vision). The pictures are absolutely phenomenal, the attention to detail is next level and they are so much better than what we could have imagined. We would definitely use Ben should we ever get married again! We could not recommend him more!

As a maid of honour it’s my job to make sure the bride looks beautiful all day, the way Ben made her look, you’d think he was the one planning the wedding all these months! I have never met anyone more friendly, fun and professional. He got us to multiple locations throughout the day and was kind, courteous & fun to be around. Let me tell you though, the first photo he showed me just seconds after it was taken, I was in awe, yes the bride is the most beautiful woman in the world but he has a way of capturing beauty like I’ve never seen before. One photo he took of the bride and groom was so beautiful I instantly started crying. If your wedding is coming up you need him to be your photographer, you will not regret it. We had the pleasure of using Ben & Hope as our wedding day photographers. We were so overwhelmed with happiness and delight over each and every photo!! They delivered crisp, clear images that literally took in our day from all angles. Having 2 photographers present allowed for this and we are so happy we went with that package. We love that we were given double-ups of some images but shot in a different light or angel really allowing us to experience those special moments over and over 🙂 My prep photos are EXACTLY what I wanted and I can’t fault any of them. Hope shot these images and her talent and appreciation for all the finer details are incredible and she captured that exciting, crazy and emotional time so well. Ben looked after the boys’ prep images and the guys loved having him there during their prep, you were that cool, easy-going photographer who didn’t make them feel awkward or silly having their photos taken. He captured their morning so perfectly we love every photo!! Our wedding portraits were our most anticipated photos to view and we weren’t disappointed! We just want to show everyone we know how lovely they are as we couldn’t be happier with them! We have so many favourites it’s ridiculous we have no idea how we will create an album without it incorporating every image and that’s no word of a lie! We also had the loveliest comments from guests about both Ben & Hope being such genuine and nice people and that they went about their job so professionally and privately it’s like they weren’t even there 🙂 If we could have our wedding all over again we wouldn’t hesitate for a second to use them again and would recommend them to anyone wanting to capture some special moments on camera.
