As an intercontinental wedding photographer, I have the privilege of capturing some of the most beautiful and memorable moments in people’s lives. One of the weddings that I will never forget was the one of Kate and Luke, who tied the knot at the Intercontinental Sanctuary Cove on the Gold Coast.

The Intercontinental Sanctuary Cove is one of our favourite Gold Coast wedding venues, and for good reasons. It offers a stunning backdrop of lush gardens, sparkling waterways, and elegant architecture. It also has a variety of options for ceremonies and receptions, from the Glass chapel to the Grange ballroom. The staff are friendly and professional, and the food is delicious and plentiful.

Kate and Luke had their ceremony at the Glass chapel, which was decorated with white flowers and candles. The bride looked radiant in her lace gown, and the groom looked handsome in his navy suit. The chapel was filled with love and joy, and I was honoured to capture every emotion and detail.

After the ceremony, we took some photos around the resort, taking advantage of the natural beauty and the golden light. Kate and Luke were so relaxed and happy, and their love for each other was evident in every smile and glance. They were a joy to photograph, and I had a lot of fun with them and their bridal party.

The reception was held in the Grange room, which was transformed into a fairy tale setting with white drapes, crystal chandeliers, and pink flowers. The guests were greeted with champagne and canapes, and enjoyed a three-course meal and a dessert buffet. The speeches were heartfelt and funny, and the first dance was romantic and sweet. The night ended with a lot of dancing and laughter, and a sparkler exit for the newlyweds.

It was a perfect day for a perfect couple, and I am so grateful that they chose me as their intercontinental wedding photographer.
